Life Coaching
As your life coach I want you to think of your
accountabil-abuddy (not exactly like the one from South Park, but close-ish).
My job is to help you get your life together. Not in just a cute motivational way-but for real. I look at what’s working and what’s not and after we find you where your goals and passions lay, we create actionable and executable plans for success. We’ll turn complexity into structure and chaos into clarity. And I’ll hold you accountable without ever stripping you of your dignity. Life Coaching with me, means leaving the comfort of stagnation for the comfort of constant growth and evolution.
Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual life coaching with me means questioning your beliefs and habits and the identities you’ve adopted to match them. It means sitting with the noise until we understand what the message is behind it. I don’t offer blind comfort or empty reassurance. I offer clarity -sometimes sharp, sometimes unsettling, but always necessary. My approach integrates psychological insight with spiritual depth.*
My job as your spiritual life coach is to help you understand what you believe and why. Then we figure out if it serves you. The you, you want to become.
With me, spirituality is not a performance. Its alignment. It’s awareness. It’s the courage to stand in your truth without needing permission to exist in it.
Mindfulness Coaching
Being mindful doesn’t mean being without flaws. It means observing your thoughts without letting them control you. It means recognizing emotional triggers and interrupting unconscious reactions. And with me you learn it also means taking accountability when your actions affect others. Mindfulness coaching with me means learning how to regulate your nervous system, sharpen your focus, and move through life with intention instead of impulse.
